Atlanta Tango Special Events
visiting teachers
Several times a year we invite remarkable teachers who have something special to offer. Susana Miller of Buenos Aires and Brigitta Winkler of Berlin have been regulars here. A variety of other interesting and gifted teachers visit us. In 2009 hosted Christopher and Caroline from San Francisco and Robin Thomas, from NY, and in 2010 we just hosted Susana Miller for a short visit.
We are planing our fall schedule. So far, Korey Ireland will be in Atlanta with Adeline Schieferstein the first weekend of December. Stay tunned for more details on our future events.

Atlanta TANGO festivAL
Organized by Alan Forde and Angel Montero, Atlanta's own Tango Festival is one of the best new tango festival in the US.

Regular Milongas in Atlanta
Atlanta has a very active tango community. There are usually two or three opportunities to dance every week. A detailed calendar can be found at groups.yahoo.com/group/Tango_GA. These are the regular events; Atlanta Tango does not organize any of them, but we try to participate in most of the events held in metro Atlanta. Atlanta Tango will do its best to keep the list updated, but sometimes there are unannounced changes in regularly scheduled events. Please contact organizers for updates:
